Stolen Vehicle Dumped & Torched
on Demarr Homestead Place

February 21, 2004 2336hrs:

Engine 33 responded to the area of St Charles Parkway and Demarr Homestead Place for a reported vehicle fire. The vehicle was located approximately a quarter mile back on Demarr Homestead Place and was fully involved on arrival. Engine 33's crew deployed the 100' 1-1/2" bumper Trash line and quickly extinguished the vehicle. Charles County Sheriffs Office units determined the vehicle was reported as stolen. Engine 33 cleared the scene within 30 minutes and returned to quarters.
