Fatal Motor Vehicle Collision
on St Charles Parkway

November 9, 2003 0410hrs:

A single vehicle collision with several trees and signs along St Charles Parkway resulted in the death of the single occupant. Firefighters and EMS personnel arrived on the scene to find a vehicle off the road between Smallwood Drive and St Ignatius Drive. The driver was pronounced dead by Paramedics from Medic One. Rescue Squad 3 remained on the scene to provide lights for the investigation team and to extricate the victim from the wreckage.
