As additional units arrived, Command (Chief 3B) directed personnel to assist with secondary searches and securing utilities of the residence. No additional occupants were located in the residence. Command scaled the incident back to units from Waldorf and La Plata for overhaul. The cause of the fire was determined to be from a candle located in the basement.
