Working House Fire
2200 Block of Old Washington Rd

Units were alerted to the area of 2200 Crain Hwy for the working building fire to a vacant house fully involved to the rear of the Taco Bell. E-31 arrived on the scene with their own hydrant and began using several hand-lines awaiting the Trucks for ladder pipe operations. Once Truck 1 and Tower 24 arrived on the scene Ladder pipes were used to knock the bulk of the fire. Truck 1 used their ladder pipe for about and hour. Command released all units except for 3,12 and 1, as this house had been vacant for 20 plus years. Engine’s 31,32,123,and 121 along with Truck 1 operated for Two hours before being released. Chief 3 had the Waldorf Command.
