Hughesville for Car Crash

On Thursday March 12th, 2009 at 0645 hours, Rescue Squad 3 was dispatched to 15200 block of Woodville Rd in Co.2’s area for an auto accident with person trapped. Paramedic Ambulance 2 arrived on scene reporting heavy entrapment and a priority 1 patient. Rescue Squad 3 arrived with 4 volunteers and assisted RS-2 with extrication efforts. The patient was extricated in 15 minutes and flown to a local trauma center. Hughesville’s Chief 2B had the Command. Waldorf Volunteers operated for 30 minutes before being released.
