Company 3 handles one Trapped
Billingsley Rd in the area of the Landfill

Units from Co. 3 were alerted to Billingsley Rd in the area of the Landfill for the 10-50 PI. Engine 31 Chief 3B and Duty 3 and Ambulance 38 responded to the call with a report of one overturned. As the units were in rout Communications advised Chief 3B that they now had a report of one trapped and were upgrading the assignment. Station 3 was re alerted and Rescue Squad 2 was added to the call as well. Ambulance 38 arrived on the scene confirming one trapped and began patient care along with Paramedic Ambulance 28. Engine 31, Chief 3B and Duty 3 all arrived on the scene and made quick work of the overturned van extricating the patient within 2 minutes. Chief 3 Had the Command and Held Engine 31 and the EMS units. The patient was transported to a local E.R. for evaluation.
