Warren Drive House Fire,
Bryans Road

On Tuesday March 18th, at 1214 hours, units from Company's 12, and 3 were alerted to Warren Dr. assist with a house fire in Pomfret section of Company 11's first due. Units arrived on the scene with "Heavy Fire Showing". With fire on the first floor, basement, and thru the roof, condition deteriorated rapidly inside the structure. Although an aggressive interior attack was attempted, all personnel were eventually evacuated from the house for safety purposes. An exterior "defense" attack brought the fire under control within a few minutes. Battalion Chief 8 had command of the scene.

Waldorf units: Tanker 12, Engine 33, Chief 12-B and Paramedic Ambulance 128.
