Units from Companies 3 and 12 were alerted to Leonardtown Rd and St. Charles Pkwy for the 10-50 subjects trapped. Rescue Squad 3 Chief 3B and Engine 121 responded to the location to find a three-vehicle accident with no one trapped. Chief 3B established command while EMS Duty 16B assessed the patients and found one that needed to be flown due to possible internal trauma. Paramedic Ambulance 28 transported the patient to Thomas Stone High School were Engine 121 had set up the landing site for Trooper 2. Only patient was transported from the scene and units operated for about 40 minutes.
