Extrication on
Crain Hwy at Mattawoman Drive

Squad 3 and RE-121 were dispatched to Crain Hwy at Mattawoman Drive for the MVA with persons trapped. RS-3 arrived on the scene to find a passenger vehicle with moderate damage to the passenger area and an elderly female trapped inside the vehicle. RS-3 utilized the 32-A speaders and the extractors and Sawz-all to remove the patient from the vehicle. RE-121 arrived on the scene and assisted with patient removal and handled the Landing Zone. Chief 3B had the command.
