Station 3 was dispatched to 14800 block of Poplar Hill Rd. for the MVA with entrapment. As Squad 3 was responding with 6 personnel, Charles County advised that no one was trapped but we had 2 priority-1 patients. At this time, Squad 3 advised Communications to put the second tool in service which was Squad 2. RS-3 also requested that E-361 continue for possible landing site. Upon arrival, the squad crew found a pick up truck versus a full size van head-on. RS-3's crew found that there was one priority 1 patient and one priority 2 patient. At this time, RS-3 requested 2 helicopters, and assigned E-361 to handle the LZ at Malcolm School. A-369 had the priority 1 patient with the medic from A-39. A-128 was assigned the second patient. Trooper 2 and Trooper 1 arrived just a few minutes apart.
