Pinefield House Fire

 

 

 

 

July 12, 1814 hrs
 

Units were alerted for a reported house fire at 2407 Pinefield Road, in the Pinefield Subdivision of Company 3's first due area.

E-33 and E-32 arrived on scene to find a one-story single family home with smoke showing from side C. E-33's crew ran a 1¾" cross lay to the laundry room which was found on fire. E-32 secured E-33's water supply and assisted E-33 with opening up the laundry room.

Duty Officer 3 (Lt. Duer) arrived on scene and established the Waldorf Command and had all other units stage, with the exception of E-402. Once the fire was knocked, command held Co. 3 units and E-402. Once the units finished ventilating the house, command held the units from Co. 3 only.
