MVC with Entrapment on Smallwood Drive

Units from Waldorf Companies 3 and 12 were alerted to Smallwood Dr. & Copley Ave for the MVC with Entrapment. Squad 3, E-31, and Chief 3A arrived to find two vehicles involved approximately 500 ft apart from each other in the area of the soccer field with someone trapped in both vehicles. Chief 3A established the Waldorf Command and had Squad 3 work on one car, and E-31 and Rescue Engine 121 work on the other. Chief 3 arrived shortly after assuming the command from 3A and requested a helicopter for both patients. Units operated on the scene for approximately 1 hour. RE-121 handled the L.Z. on scene after assisting with the extrication.
