Station 12 responded to the scene at Marshall Corner Road and Tulip Drive with one vehicle on all four tires. There was a member of fire station 3 on the scene that advised command that there were 2 patients in the car and one had got out before our arrival. There was one patient in the car at the time of arrival, a 27-year old female complaining of pain in her ribs and legs and head. The vehicle had apparently rolled over at least one time and there was heavy trauma to the car on the drivers side at the B post. Crews from both Rescue Engine 121 and Engine 11 helped with extrication. A trash line was pulled from both engines for protection. The extrication took about 20 minutes crews removed the drivers door and the rear door on the drivers side as well as the B post. Air bags had deployed and patient was using a seatbelt. Command requested Trooper 2 and both patients flew out to med star and Childrens Hospital. Engine 122 handled the Landing Zone, and the child was flown due to mechanism, command was terminated shortly after.
