Fatal MVA involving 3 Teens

Station 3 was alerted to the area of Mt. Pleasant Rd and Covington Rd for the car accident with people trapped. Squad 3 and Chief 3B responded with 5 Volunteers to the corrected address of Poplar Hill Rd and Slater Rd and assisted units from Hughesville and Baden that were already on the scene with the extrication. The driver was being removed by Engines 24 and 361 to awaiting EMS units. Squad 3 removed the roof of the vehicle and extricated the rear passenger in under 5 minutes. There was one occupant pronounced priority 4 in the vehicle therefore to two other patients were air lifted to PGHC per protocol. Chief 3B had the Malcolm Command and units cleared in about an hour.
