Who can be a volunteer?
  • Anyone 16 or older may apply!

  • What is required to apply?
  • A valid drivers license or other form(s) of picture identification
  • A clean background (checked through the Maryland State Police & State Fire Marshall)
  • A willingness to serve your community and its residents

  • "But, I have never done this before!?"

    That is perfectly acceptable. We are looking for highly motivated people who have a willingness to help others and are ready to learn. We will teach you everything you need to know. We work with the University of Maryland Fire Rescue Institute to get you certification courses in EMT, Firefighter, and more for free!
