Event Request

Please read below, and then submit the following form to schedule your event.

Fire Prevention Information
- Fire prevention presentations may be scheduled between the hours of 9 a.m. -  1:00 a.m. and 1 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Monday through Friday during the month of October. Evening and weekend requests are scheduled and approved on a case-by-case basis. Scheduling will done on a first come first serve basis.
- Requests for fire prevention presentations are limited to schools only. All other groups should refer to the station tour section.
Please allow a minimum of two weeks in advance to schedule fire prevention presentations. You will receive a response from our department within 72 hours regarding your request.
- Group size must be 50 or fewer.
- Please be aware that we are on call 24/7. Even with scheduled fire prevention presentations, the possibility exists that we could be called out and we would be unavailable. If we do not arrive for a scheduled fire prevention presentation, please wait for whatever you feel is a
reasonable amount of time. If we do not arrive/return in that time frame, please contact us to reschedule your fire prevention.

Station Tour Information
- Fire Station tours may be scheduled between the hours of 9 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on the 4th Thursday of each month. Evening and weekend requests are scheduled and approved on a case-by-case basis.
- Please allow a minimum of two weeks in advance to schedule a tour. You will receive a response from our department within 72 hours regarding your request.
- Minimum age for tour participants is 3 years old.
- Group size must be 25 or fewer total participants.
- Please be aware that we are on call 24/7. Even with scheduled tours, the possibility exists that we could be called out and the station will be closed when you arrive.
- If a crew is not at the station for a scheduled tour, please wait for whatever you feel is a reasonable amount of time. If we do not return in that time frame, please contact us to reschedule your tour.

Special Event Information
- Special Event requests are scheduled and approved on a case-by-case basis. Scheduling will done on a first come first serve basis.
- Please allow a minimum of two weeks in advance to schedule special event requests. You will receive a response from our department within 72 hours regarding your request.
- Please be aware that we are on call 24/7. Even with scheduled special events, the possibility exists that we could be called out and we would be unavailable.
