Firefighters from Waldorf were dispatched to 6006 New Forest Court for a fire reported on the second floor of an apartment building.

Fire units found upon arrival heavy wind driven fire throughout, Engine 31 immediately requested the “2nd Alarm” bringing additional manpower and apparatus to the scene.

Total of eight apartment units are total loss, no injuries reported. Chief 3A (Mills) had Incident Command, numerous other command officers present.
